Please note that as of January 1st 2021 for deliveries outside of the UK, you may be charged extra expenses including any import duties and taxes, and you will be responsible for these charges or fees imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Your order will be delivered via DHL both domestically and internationally. Once you have made a purchase, we will issue an order confirmation and dispatch your order as soon as we can. You will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking number of your parcel via email. Deliveries in the UK takes 2-3 working days, and for international delivery, please allow at least 3-5 working days.
Please note in response to the UK Covid-19 government guidelines we have extended our delivery window. For the time being, please allow up to 10 working days to receive your delivery.

However, if you would like to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so at any time before we send you the dispatch confirmation by contacting us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or cancelling directly from your account (only account holders).
Please note that if your cancellation request is made later than the dispatch of your order, you will have to process the return following the guidelines stated in Exchanges and Returns below. Following that, you will receive a full refund for your purchase, however the initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

However, if you would like to exchange or return your order for any reason, we offer free returns within 28 days of receiving your order.
To complete your return, please email us at email@example.com with your reason for the return and we will send you further instructions.Please note:
Once we have processed your return request and receive your parcel, we will issue your refund via your original payment method, provided the returned item is approved. Please allow at least 10 working days to get your refund. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable however can be refundable only when items are faulty.
DELAYED or MISSING REFUNDIf you have not received your refund after at least 10 working days, please check with your bank/credit card company as it may take longer depending on your card issuer’s policies, for the refund to be processed. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
