Please note that there may be extra expenses charged upon delivery outside the UK including any import duties and taxes, and you will be responsible for these charges or fees imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Your order will be delivered via DHL or Royal Mail both domestically and internationally. Once you have made a purchase, we will issue an order confirmation and dispatch your order as soon as we can. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by email and/or SMS about your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date/time.
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so at any time before we send you the dispatch confirmation by contacting us via email to email@example.com or cancelling directly from your account (only account holders).
Please note that if your cancellation request is made later than the dispatch of your order, you will have to process the return following the guidelines stated in the Returns and Exchanges section below. Following that, you will receive a full refund for your purchase, however the initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is our main priority, and we hope every purchase is loved.
However, if you would like to exchange or return your order for any reason, we offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To complete your return, please attach the pre-printed label included in your parcel outside the box and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for the return. We will then send you further instructions.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition with EUDON CHOI garment tags still intact. We carefully check and photograph every item before we dispatch and keep it as a record. Any item not in its original condition or being returned more than 14 days after receiving the item cannot be accepted. We strongly recommend all our customers to follow the care and washing instructions of every garment very carefully. We cannot accept back any faulty returns if the care instructions have not been adhered to.
Once we have processed your return request and receive your parcel, we will issue your refund via your original payment method, provided the returned item is approved. Please allow at least 10 working days to get your refund. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable however can be refundable only when items are faulty.
SALE ITEMS - RETURNS and REFUNDS
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights, which include the right to refund on both sale and full-priced items if the item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is supposed to. You can read more about your rights according to UK law here.
All Sale Items (including special sales such as archive, sample sales...) are final and non-refundable. Please refer to the sizes and description to make a conscious purchase.
DELAYED or MISSING REFUNDIf you have not received your refund after at least 10 working days, please check with your bank/credit card company as it may take longer depending on your card issuer’s policies, for the refund to be processed. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us via email@example.com.
